İslam Muhakeme Hukuku’nda, fukahanın çoğunluğu tarafından mahkeme dışında edinilen özel bilgi kapsamında ele alınan hâkimin şahsî bilgisinin, hükme mesnet edilip edilemeyeceği konusu fakihler arasında tartışılmıştır. Tasvîrî nitelikteki bu çalışmada bu konudaki tartışmalara yer verilmiş olup başlıktaki soru sonuç bölümünde cevaplandırılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Majority of the scholars of Islamic law defined the personal knowledge of the judge as the special knowledge acquired by him through the ways other than the trial process, and they differed on whether it be a valid basis for the decision. İn this descriptive study is given discussions about this subject and tried to answer the question in the headline in the chapter of conclusion.
