Stratejik İttifakların Sürdürülebilir Rekabet Avantajı Elde Edilmesindeki Rolü: Mobil İletişim Sektöründe Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışma rekabetin şiddetli olduğu sektörlerde stratejik ittifakların sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajı sağlamadaki rolünün ortaya konulmasına yöneliktir. Mobil iletişim sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmaların stratejik ittifakları, değer zinciri analizinin temel faaliyetlerine göre gruplandırılarak, sektördeki firmaların stratejik ittifak modeli çıkartılmıştır. Sonuç olarak değer zincirinin temel faaliyetlerine göre tedarik ittifakı, teknoloji ittifakı ve dağıtım ittifakları değer yaratarak, sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajını arttırmaktadır. Servis ve içerik ittifakları ve pazarlama ittifaklarında ise oluşturulan ittifak sayısından çok ittifakı oluşturan işbirlikçilerin sayısının değer yaratarak, sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajını arttırdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The Role of Strategic Alliances in Gaining Sustainable Competitive Advantage: A Research in Mobile Communication Industry

This study examines the role of strategic alliances in gaining competitive advantage in industries with intense competition. Strategic alliances of operating firms in mobile communication industry are grouped according to the basic activities of value chain analysis, thus, strategic alliance model of the companies in the mobile communication industry is set up. As a result, it is seen that supply alliance, technology alliance and distribution alliance increases sustainable competitive advantage. Morover, the number of partners composinf the alliance rather than the number of alliances create value and increase sustainable competitive advantage in marketing alliances, and service and content alliances.
