ÖRGÜTSEL ÖĞRENME VE İNOVASYON İLİŞKİSİ: BÜYÜK ÖLÇEKLİ İŞLETMELERDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Bu çalışma, örgütsel öğrenme ve inovasyon arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla çalışmanın teorik kısmında öncelikle örgütsel öğrenme ve inovasyon kavramlarıve bu kavramlar arasındaki ilişki üzerinde durulmuş, sonrasında ise değişkenler odağında yapılan çeşitli araştırmaların bulguları aktarılmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında ise örgütsel öğrenme ile inovasyon arasındaki ilişkiyi test etmek amacıyla İstanbul Sanayi Odası(İSO) tarafından 2009 yılıüretimden satışrakamlarıbaz alınarak belirlenen Türkiye’nin en büyük 500 ve en büyük ikinci 500 sanayi kuruluşu örnekleminde bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Alan araştırmasından elde edilen bulgular örgütsel öğrenme ile inovasyon arasında anlamlıve pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.
