BESLENME EĞİTİMİNDE SOSYAL PAZARLAMA YAKLAŞIMI

This artlcle describes an Information Processing approach that provldes a conceptual foundation for explalnlng the effects of people's nutrition knovvledge on thelr food choice behavlor. Information Processing approach focuses on the psychological processes involved in acqulring nutrition Information, storing it in memory, retrieving it at a later time and uslng nutrition knovvledge İn declsion making. İn addltlon, the factors affectlng people's food choice behavlor are explained. İn the vievv of Information procceslng approach, the use of soclal marketing ttrategy to create sucessful nutrition education programs Is dls-cussed. The result of such efforts has the potential to help nutrition educators and polleymakers develop mora effectlve nutrition Information programs.
