FOSFAT VE SİLİKAT KAPLANMIŞ ÇİNKONUN KOROZYONUNA ANİLİN VE Ce+3’ÜN ETKİSİ

Bu çalışmada, fosfat (disodyum fosfat, SP) ve silikat (disodyum silikat, SS) iyonları ile ön işlem yapılmış saf çinkonun klorür ortamındaki korozyonuna anilin ve Ce3+’ün etkisi araştırılmıştır. Fosfat ve silikat kaplanmış çinko, Ce3+ ile etkileştirilip ve oksalat+anilin çözeltisinde dönüşümlü voltametri alındıktan sonra sodyum klorür ortamındaki korozyonu potansiyelin zamanla değişimi (OCP), AC-empedans (EIS) ve akım-potansiyel eğrileri alınarak incelenmiştir. Silikat üzerine yüksek derişimli seryum kaplama çinkonun korozyon hızının daha düşük olduğunu ve çinko metalini korozyondan daha fazla koruduğunu (%99) göstermiştir.
