Günümüzde artan konut ihtiyacyny kar?ylamak amacyyla farkly sosyo-ekonomik düzeye sahip kullanycylara hitap eden konutlaryn üretimi hyzla devam etmektedir. Bu çaly?mada, ayny yyllarda yapylmy? konutlaryn oda sayysy, konutun ferahly?y, konutun dy? görünü?ü, konutun genel kalitesi ve konut kullanycylarynyn gelir durumu konut yapym yylyna göre kullanycy memnuniyeti açysyndan ara?tyrylmy?tyr. Bu amaçla hazyrlanan bir anket, Elazy?'yn yakyn zamanda imara açylan ve yo?un yapyla?manyn oldu?u bazy mahallelerine uygulanmy?tyr. Sonuç olarak, konut yapym yyly ile konut kullanycy memnuniyeti arasynda "ki kare" analiz testine göre istatistiksel açydan anlamly bir ili?ki bulunmu?tur. Konut yapym yyly de?i?tikçe daha fazla oranda kullanycy memnuniyeti sa?lanmy?tyr. Bu nedenle, konut üretim sürecinde, zaman ilerledikçe kullanycy memnuniyeti için gerekli performans ölçütleri belirlenmeli ve buna göre konut üretimi yapylmalydyr.

STATISTICAL EVALUATION OF USER SATISFACTION WITH HOUSING CONSTRUCTION IN DIFFERENT YEARS: THE CASE OF ELAZI?

Today, in order to meet the growing need for housing that appeal to users who have different socio-economic level, housing production is continuing. In this study, the number of rooms in houses made of the same years, housing relief, the external appearance of dwelling, the overall quality of housing and residential users income status in terms of user satisfaction were investigated according to the housing construction year. A questionnaire which is prepared for this purpose was applied on some neighborhoods which are located in new and concentrated settlements of Elazy?. According to research results, between user satisfaction with the housing construction year according to "chi square" test is found statistically significant relationship. More user satisfaction rate of change in housing construction is provided. Therefore, the housing production process, the performance criteria for user satisfaction over time should be determined and housing production should be made accordingly.
