Robot Yardımlı Laparoskopik Retroperitoneal Parsiyel Nefrektomi

Böbrek kitlelerinin klinik olarak düşük evrelerinde parsiyel nefrektomi yapılmaktadır. Son yıllarda açık tekniğin yanısıra laparoskopik yöntemlerin de yaygınlaştığı görülmektedir. Laparoskopik yöntemler kitlelerin durumuna göretransperitoneal ve retroperitoneal olmak üzere iki yaklaşımla olmaktadır. Gelişen teknolojiye paralel olarak robotyardımlı laparoskopik yaklaşımlar tıp dünyasına girmiştir. Robot yardımlı laparoskopik retroperitoneal yaklaşım cT1bklinik evreli ve özellikle posterior yerleşimli kitlelerde güvenle yapılabilmektedir.

Robot Assisted Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy

Partial nephrectomy is performed in clinically low stages of renal masses. In recent years, laparoscopic methods havebecome widespread in addition to open technique. Laparoscopic methods are based on two approaches dependingon the condition of the masses: transperitoneal and retroperitoneal. Robot assisted laparoscopic approacheshave entered the medical world in parallel to developing technology. Robot-assisted laparoscopic retroperitonealapproach can be performed safely in cT1b clinical stage and especially in posterior masses.
