Endoskopik retrograd kolanjiopankreatografi, gastroenterolojinin
en çok komplikasyona sahip işlemlerinden biridir. Klasik işlemin yanında bazı
farklılıklar gösteren hasta ve hastalıklarda işlemde veya kullanılan
malzemelerde bazı değişiklikler yapmak gerekebilmekte, deneyimli merkezlerde bu
işlemler daha az komplikasyonla yapılabilmektedir. Biz de kendi merkezimizde
yaptığımız bazı özellikli endoskopik retrograd kolanjiopankreatografi işlemlerini

Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatographic procedures in specialized patients, single center experience
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is
one of the most complicated interventions of gastroenterology. In addition to
the classical procedure, some changes can be made in patients and disease that
show some differences in the treatment or materials used, and these procedures
can be done with less complication in experienced centers. We aimed to present
some spesific endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography interventions in
our clinic.
