Kolonun seyrek görülen bir vasküler tümörü: Rektosigmoid hemanjiom

Gastrointestinal traktus hemanjiomları seyrek görülmekte olup en sık rektosigmoid bölgeyi tutarlar. Ağrısız rektal kanama en sık semptom olup tanı çoğu zaman endoskopi ve radyolojik görüntüleme ile konur. Küratif tedavi cerrahi eksizyondur. Burada bir rektosigmoid hemanjiom olgusunu takdim etmekteyiz.

A rare vascular tumor of the colon: Rectosigmoid hemangioma

Gastrointestinal tract hemangioma is a rare entity, and it most frequently involves the rectosigmoid area. Painless rectal bleeding is the most frequent symptom, and diagnosis is usually straightforward with endoscopy and imaging. Surgical excision is the curative treatment. We herein present a case of rectosigmoid hemangioma.
