Gastroskopi ile tanı konulan orta özofagus (Parabronşial) divertikülü: 2 olgu sunumu ve literatürün gözden geçirilmesi

Orta (midözofageal-parabronşial) özofagus divertikülleri sıklıkla mediastinal inflamasyona sekonder olup, özofagusun orta kesiminin periözofageal alana doğru kese şeklinde büyümesi sonucu ortaya çıkar, nadir görülür. Endosko-pide orta özofagus divertikülü saptanan, biri opere olan, 21 ve 65 yaşında 2 erkek hasta sunulmuştur.

Mid-esophageal (parabronchial) diverticulum diagnosed by gastroscopy: report of two cases and review of literature

Parabronchial or mid-esophageal diverticulum is a rare entity. It is a bulging of the mid-esophageal wall into the periesophageal space, and this bulging is often secondary to mediastinal inflammation. We report two cases (21- and 65-year-old males) with a mid-esophageal diverticulum detected on endos-copy, one of which was operated.
