Eozinofilik özofajit : Olgu Sunumu

Disfaji, gıda takılması ve/veya reflü benzeri semptomlar eozinofilik özofajitin en yaygın prezentasyon semptomlarıdır. Özofagus biyopsisinde büyük büyütmede 15'ten fazla eozinofil görülür. Burada biz kliniğimize disfaji ile baş-vuran ve eozinofilik özofajit tanısı alan erkek olguyu sunuyoruz.

Eosinophilic esophagitis: Case report

Dysphagia, food impaction and/or reflux-like symptoms are the most common presenting symptoms of eosinophilic esophagitis. Biopsy of the esophagus shows more than 15 eosinophils per high-power field. Herein, we present an adult male patient who admitted to our clinic with the complaint of dysphagia and was diagnosed as eosinophilic esophagitis.
