Bu çalışmada Arduino tipi mikrodenetleyici ve GSM modülleri ile kaçak elektrik kullanımlarının takibi yapılmıştır. Sistemde belirlenen bir nokta ile sayaç arasında akım ölçümü yapılmakta ve herhangi bir izinsiz müdahale durumlarını algılayıp merkezde bulunan arayüz ekranına taşıyan bir sistem geliştirilmiştir. GSM haberleşmesini kullanan bu çalışma benzer örneklerinden ayrılmıştır. Proje hali hazırda kullanılan elektrik sayaçlarının üzerine eklenerek, kaçakları takip etmeyi sağlamaktadır.  AbstractIn this thesis, Arduino typed microcontroller and mobile GSM based detection of unauthorized usage of electricity at homes is implemented. The developed system measures and compares RMS value of electrical current before and after energy meter. Any unauthorized usage of electricity is monitored and reported to graphical user interface software at the remote monitoring station by sending current differences and any illegal interface to the meter box using GSM modules. GSM based communication separates this work from other similar examples.

In the thesis, the usage of unauthorized usage of electricity has been traced by using Arduino typed microcontroller and mobile
