Öz Küreselleşme denildiğinde bu süreç gelişmiş ülkeler kadar gelişmekte olan ülkeleri de kapsamaktadır. Küreselleşme bütün ülkeleri etkilemektedir. Arap devletlerinde de son zamanlarda küreselleşmeden hızlı bir şekilde etkilenmiştir. Arap devletlerinde ilk önemli etkisi ekonomik alanda olmuştur. Finansal küreselleşme ve üretimin küreselleşmesi ile ulusal ekonomiler büyük sermaye hareketlerine açılmıştır. Ancak küresel finansman ve üretimi ulusal sınırlara çekmek için yapılan düzenlemeler bağımsız kalkınma programları yapmayı büyük oranda güçleştirmektedir. Arap ülkelerinde sosyal, siyasal ve ekonomik sorunlar iktidarların dönüşümüne neden olmuş ve toplumsal bilinç halkın ortak hareket etmesini sağlamıştır. 21. yüzyılda Toplumlardaki huzursuzluk, siyasi, iktisadi ve hukuki olarak ilerlemenin önüne geçmektedir. Abstract Rapid developments in the areas of technology, economics and politics in the 21st century have also deeply affected the political, social and economic structures in the countries. The process which we define as globalization contains developing countries as well as developed countries. Globalization has also shown its effect on Arab nations recently in a rapid manner besides affecting almost all other countries. The first important effect of globalization on the Arab nations has occurred in the field of economics. National economies were opened for large capital flow with financial globalization and the globalization of production. However, global financing and moving productional sites to national boundaries have made it difficult to initiate independent development programs to a large extent. Social, political and economic problems in the Arab nations have caused the transformation of governments and social consciousness has ensured the people of these nations to act together. A democratic transformation process is only half complete if it has failed to complete itself in the social and economic fields. Political, economic and legal progress is prevented especially from the presence of understanding instability within the society. The investigation of the characteristics of this process, the revealing of its Dynamics and the explanation of the economic progress caused by this process altogether form the subject of this study.
