Bu araştırmada "Zorunlu yer değişikliği uygulamasına ilişkin ilköğretim yöneticilerinin görüşlerinin" belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma nitel bir çalışma olup Diyarbakır il merkez ilçelerinden (Bağlar, Kayapınar, Yenişehir ve Sur) 8 ilköğretim okulunda görevli 16 yönetici ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Araştırmada veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, bazı düzenlemeler yapılması koşuluyla yöneticilerin zorunlu yer değişikliği (Rotasyon) uygulamasının devamına yönelik görüş bildirdikleri saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, rotasyon uygulamasının yöneticilerde daha çok değişim- yenilik sağladığı tespit edilmiştir.

In this study it is aimed to define the ideas of primary school managers about the compulsory rotation. The research is a qualitative study and the interview technique is carried out with 16 school managers in the 8 central district primary schools (Bağlar, Kayapınar, Yenişehir and Sur) in Diyarbakır city center. The data of the research is gathered by semi structured interview form. In the analysis of the data , content analysis technique is used. In the end of the research its found that the managers are in favour of the continuity of the rotation on the condition that some regulations are made. Its also found that the rotation provides the managers with more change and innovation.
