Girişimci Ve Yenilikçi Bir Ekosistem Yaratmak “İnekler Peynir Yapabilir Mi?”
Benzeri daha önce görülmemiş sosyal, ekonomik, teknolojik, biyolojik, siyasi ve çevresel problemlerin olduğu bir zamanı yaşıyoruz ve pek çok alanda küresel seviyede yenileşme, değişim, dönüşüm ve gelişim ihtiyacı içindeyiz. Bu durumun sonucu olarak da dünya ve özelikle Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan ülkeler daha fazla, daha çeşitli girişimcilere, yenilikçi ve kamusal iyi düşünen insanlara ihtiyaç duymaktadır.
Yenilikçilik ve girişimciliğin; yüksek seviyeli sürdürülebilir büyüme ve gelişme elde edebilme, daha fazla iş olanakları yaratma, farklı grupları mutlu edebilecek nitelikli ve toplum odaklı politik çözümler ortaya çıkarma, daha iyi yaşam koşullarını destekleme ve 21. yüzyılın getirdiği pek çok farklı sorunun üstesinden gelebilme potansiyeline sahip olduğu düşünülmektedir.
Peki, neden yeteri kadar ve farklı alanlarda girişimci, yenilikçi ve kamusal iyi düşünen insanımız yok? Bireylerin girişimci ve yenilikçi ve kamusal iyi düşünce yapısına sahip olmalarını besleyecek, girişimci ve yenilikçi bir ekosistem nasıl ortaya çıkarabilir?
Bu makalede bir yandan daha yeniliğe daha fazla duyulan ihtiyaç ve ortaya çıkacak bu yeniliklerin insanlara ve insanlık için yararlı olup olmadığı irdelenmekte, diğer yandan bireysel farklılıkları merkeze alan ve alternatif değerlendirme tekniklerine dayalı bir eğitim sisteminin girişimci öğretmenler tarafından kamu yararı gözetilerek uygulanması durumunda; yenilikçi, girişimci ve kamu odaklı bir ekosistem oluşturulabileceği paylaşılmaktadır.

Creating an Enreprenurial and Innovative Ecosystem “Can Caws Make Cheese?”
We live in a time of unprecedented social, economic, technological, biological, political, and environmental problems, and we are in need of renewal, change, transformation and development at the global level in many areas. As a result of this situation, the world and especially developing countries such as Turkey need more and more diverse entrepreneurs, innovative and public-minded people.
Innovation and entrepreneurship are both thought to have potentials to achieve high rates of sustainable economic growth and development, create more job opportunities, to bring solution-focused political remedies to please the different sides, to support better life conditions and to overcome many different obstacles brought by the 21st century.
Then, why don't we have enough entrepreneurial, innovative, and publicly well-minded people in different fields? How can we create an entrepreneurial and innovative ecosystem that will nurture individuals' entrepreneurial, innovative, and publicly well-thinking spirits?
In this article, on the one hand, the need for more innovation and whether these innovations will be beneficial for people and humanity are examined, on the other hand, it is shared that an innovative, entrepreneurial, and public-oriented ecosystem can be created if an education system implemented by entrepreneurial teachers that focuses on individual differences and is based on alternative assessment techniques taking the public interest into account.
