RUH SAĞLIĞI ALANINDA ÇALIŞANLARDA TÜKENMİŞLİK SÜRECİNİN İRDELENMESİ

Ruh sağlığı çalışanları olarak, psikiyatristler, psikologlar, rehberlik ve danışmanlık görevlileri, psikiyatri hemşireleri, sosyal çalışrnacılar ve uğraş terapistleri kastedilmektedir. Bu çalışmada. ruh sağlığı çalışanlannda, tükenrnişlik sürecinin gelişimi ve özellikleri üzerinde durulmuştur.Literatür ışığında, psikoterapi ile tükenmişlik süreci arasındaki ilişkiler irdelenerek, ruh sağlığı alanının ortamsal özellikle riyle irili değişkenlerin tükenrnişlik süreci ile ilişkileri gözden geçirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak,rull sağlığı çalışanlannda tükenmişliğin önlenebilmesine yönelik önerile r sunulmuştur

FYnally, recommenciations ta prevent or alleviate burnout have been presented.
