Bu makalede Ülkemizde hemşirelik mesleğinin konumunu etkiley en sosyal örgütsel, e ko nomik ve yasal e tmenlere değ inilmiştir. Hemşirelerin adının anıldığı bazı yasa, yönetmelik ve yönergeler ince lenerek irdelenmiştir. Özellikle bu olumsuzlukların pekçoğunun hemşireleri ilgilendiren sağlık hukuk kurallarındaki yetersizliklere bağlı olduğu belirlenmiş ve yeniden düzenlemeleri konusunda öneriler getirilmiştir

In tlıis article, some social, managerial, economical legislative fac - tors effecting the nurses professional development at National level have been revieved. Some of the regulations and laws including nursing have been reviewed and analysed and found ta be out of date. With the needs of today's nurses the revision of existing regulations which affect nursing negatively, and identification of the new laws, have been recommended for the tornorrow's nurses.
