Bu araştırmada, Ege üniversitesi Hemşirelik Yüksek Okulu 1987- 1988 öğretim dönemi lisans programı öğrencilerinin Halk Sağlığı Hemşireliği uygulamalarında; öğrenim yaşantıları kapsamında; kaygı ve güçlükleri ile, başetme yollan ve doyum durumları incelenmiştir. Dersin öğretimine ilişkin değerlendirmeleri ve görüşleri göz önüne a l ı na r a k, T e me l S ağ l ı k H i z me t l er i d o ğ r u l t u sun da öğ r et i mde düzenlemelere yönelik öneriler getirilmiştir.

This study attempted to find out the students' experiences including anxiety, difficulties, coping mechanisms in public health nursing practical setting an unfamiliar learning environment and to get their evaluation of the teaching as well. In most instances, since students are the only consistent observers of the instructor during the course and in practicum setting, virtually their evaluation of teaching should not be dLsmissed out of hand and be considered in the reorganization of teaching programmes wlth special regart to primaıy health care.
