Bu araştırmada Ergene Sağlık Ocağı Bölgesinde farklı yaş gruplarındaki bireylerin BCG ile bağışıklanma ve bazı sosyo-demografik özellikler arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yaş gruplarına göre BCG ile aşılanmama BCG skarsız oranlarına bakıldığında 0 -3 aylık bebeklerde % 37.14, 25 yaş üzerindeki erişkinlerde % 58.36 olarak yüksek bulunmuştur. Eğitim düzeyi yükseldikçe bağışıklanma oranı daha yüksektir.

In this study it was purposed to determine the prevalence of vaccination with BCG in all the age groups in Ergene district. It was also intended, to find out the relation between vaccination with BCG and some socio-demographic veriables. Rates of not vaccination with BCG was found to be widely high 37.14 percent in 0-3 months groups and 58.56 perencent in 25 ages groups and older than. As the educational level rises, the percent of vaccination prevalence with BCG rises. In conclusion, the prevalence of vaccination with BCG in all the population was found to be quite law. Nurses and midwives should have responsibilities in the devolopmen of the immunization services.
