Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Polikliniği'nde doğuştan kalp hastalığı tanısı konmuş 107 hastada büyüme ve gelişme araştırıldı. Boy ve ağırlıklar ölçülerek % 50 persantil normallerine göre değerlendirildi. Hastalar siyanojen ve asiyanojen gruplara ayrılarak sonuçlar belirlendi. Sonuçta gelişme geriliğinin varlığı saptandı.
