Suisid Girişiminde Bulunma ile Serum Lipid Düzeyi Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi
Amaç: Bu çalışmada, suisid amacıyla ilaç intoksikasyonu geçiren olguların lipid düzeylerininsağlıklı kontrollerle karşılaştırılması amaçlandı.Materyal Metod: Bu çalışmada, Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesine ilaçintoksikasyonu ile başvuran olgular incelendi. Çalışmada olguların ilk başvuru esnasındaki lipid;Trigliserit (TG), Total Kolesterol (TK), High-density lipoprotein Kolesterol (HDL-K), Lowdensity lipoprotein Kolesterol (LDL-K) düzeyleri incelendi.Bulgular: Çalışma grubundaki olguların ortalama trigliserit düzeyi 83,7±76,2 mg/dl, totalkolesterol düzeyi 137,5±46,0 mg/dl, HDL-K düzeyi 38,0±14,0 mg/dl ve LDL-K düzeyi74,0±39,2 mg/dl idi. Kontrol grubunun ortalama trigliserit düzeyi 123,1±51,2 mg/dl, totalkolesterol düzeyi 176,7±48,7 mg/dl, HDL-K 44,0±6,3 mg/dl ve LDL-K 107,7±44,4 mg/dl idi(sırasıyla, p=0.020, p=0.001, p=0.040 ve p
The Analysis of Relationship between Suicide Attempt and the Level of Serum Lipid
Objective: In this study, it is aimed to compare the levels of the cases which have drug with theaim of suicide, by right control groups.Method: In this study, the cases which referred to Hospital of Dicle University with drugintoxication have been analyzed. In the study, their lipid; Triglyceride, Total Cholesterol, HighDensity Lipoprotein Cholesterol and Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol level of during firstconsultation was determined. Results: The lipid levels mean of the group that attempt to suicide were triglyceride 83,7±76,2mg/dl, total cholesterol 137,5±46.0 mg/dl, HDL-C 38,0±14,0 mg/dl and LDL-C 74,0±39,2mg/dl. The lipid levels mean of the control group were triglyceride 123,1±51,2 mg/dl, totalcholesterol 176,7±48,7 mg/dl, HDL-C 44,0±6,3 mg/dl and LDL-C 107,7±44,4 mg/dl (in return;p=0.020, p=0.001, p=0.040 ve p
