Günümüzde Bilimsel ve Teknolojik gelişim, her alanda olduğu gibi yatırım alanında da yeni açılımlara neden olmuştur. Bireysel tasarrufların değerlendirilmesindeki araçlar geçmiş ile günümüz arasında farklılık göstermiş, bu anlamda menkul kıymetler borsasında yatırım önem kazanmıştır. Ancak bu yatırım çeşidinde oyuncular (veya yatırımcıların) konu ile ilgili yeterli bilgi düzeyleri tartışılabilecek bir konu niteliğindedir. Bu çalışma ile, borsada yatırım yapan ve aracı kurumlar ile bu işlemlerini yürütenlerin sosyo-ekonomik-demografik bazı değişkenler itibariyle incelenmesi ve yatırım yaparken düşünce ve tutumlarına yönelik bilgiye ulaşılması amaçlanmaktadır.Çalışma uygulamaya yönelik olarak planlanmış, sonuç ve değerlendirmeler bu açıdan yapılmıştır. Sermaye piyasası ve menkul kıymetler borsasına ait teorik yapı ve konular çalışmanın temel konusunu oluşturmamaktadır. Bu konuda literatürdeki bir çok kaynağın incelenmesi yeterli olacaktır

Today, scientific and technological developments led to new aspects in investment area as well ass in all other areas. Way of individual savings has changed since then and now, so ınvestment at sctock exchange has more importance now. On the other hand, the actors’ and investors’ knowledge level about this kind of investmen is unfortunately open to discussion. In this study, it is aimed to examine the stock investors and the investors who act with the help of brokerage houses, their socio-economical and demographic aspects. It is also aimed to have information about what is their ideas and attitudes while investing. This is an applied study and the results and the evaluations were made in this aspect. Theoratical structures and subjects about capital market and stock exchange aren’t the basic subjects of this study.
