Zirai Mücadele İlaçlarının Yerüstü Sularında Tespit Edilmesi, Azaltımı ve Yönetimi, Gediz Havzası Örneği

Tarımsal faaliyetlerde kullanılan zirai mücadele ilaçları, alıcı su ortamına ulaştığında, canlı yaşamı için zehirlilik etkisi gösterebilmektedir. 2016 yılında revize edilen Yerüstü Su Kalitesi Yönetmeliği (10.08.2016, RG: 29797) ile tarımsal faaliyetlerden gelmesi muhtemel belirli kirleticiler ortaya konmuş, alıcı su ortamında bunların olumsuz etkilerini önlemek üzere sınır değerler (çevre kalite standardı) belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada Gediz Havzası pilot bölge seçilerek, yerüstü sularında izleme çalışmaları yapılmış, tarımsal faaliyetten geldiği tespit edilen ve yönetmelikteki sınır değeri geçen aktif maddeler için yük azaltım metodolojisi geliştirilmiş; ardından kirliliğin azaltımı için öneriler getirilmiştir. 40 adet yerüstü suyu izleme istasyonunda, 4 dönem (2015-2016) yapılan izlemeler sonucunda, Yönetmelikte yer alan 133 aktif maddeden 51’inin mevcut olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunlardan Imidakloprid, 2,4-d;(2,4-diklorofenoksi)asetik asit, Klorsulfuron, Dimetoat, Nikosulfuron, Epoksikonazol, Fenarimol, Tolfenpirad, Diflubenzuron, Diflufenikan ve Suflitrin/beta-Siflutrinin Yönetmelikte yer alan sınır değerleri (YO-ÇKS ve/veya MAK-ÇKS değeri) geçtiği belirlenmiştir.

Identification, Reduction and Management of Pesticides in Surface Waters, A Case Study for Gediz Basin

Pesticides used in agricultural activities have toxic effect on livings when they reach the receiving water bodies. In the Water Quality Regulation (OG: 10.08.2016/29797) revised in 2016, certain pollutants likely to come from agricultural activities and their boundary values (environmental quality standard) were listed. In this study, a methodology was developed for the active substances determined to come from agricultural activity and exceeding the regulation value; followed by recommendations for reducing pollution. Gediz Basin was selected as a pilot area and monitoring studies were carried out in surface waters for 4 periods (2015-2016) at 40 surface water monitoring stations. As a result, it was determined that 51 out of 133 active substances in the Regulation. Additionally, it was detected that among the active substances, Imidacloprid, 2,4-d (2,4- dichlorophenoxy) acetic acid, Chlorosulfuron, Dimethoate, Nikosulfuron, Epoxiconazole, Phenarimol, Tolfenpyrad, Difubenzuron, Diflufenikan and Suflitrin were higher than the limit values (annual average or/and maximum value of environmental quality standard). Then suggestions were made for reducing loads in Gediz Basin.
