BELİRLİ BİR DEKAPAJ İÇİN DEĞİŞİK EKSKAVATÖR-KAMYON KOMBİNASYONLARININ MALİYET ANALİZİ İLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Açık işletmelerde yaygın olarak ekskavatör-kamyon yöntemi kullanılmaktadır. Birlikte çalışabilecek en uygun ekskavatör-kamyon kombinasyonunun belirlenmesi için ekonomik ve teknik analizler yapılmaktadır. Bu değerlendirmelerde teknik olarak uygulanabilecek olası tüm kombinasyonların ele alınıp maliyet analizlerinin yapılması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, farklı firmalara ait değişik kapasitelere sahip ekskavatör ve kamyon kombinasyonları için maliyet analizleri yapılmış ve birim maliyet açısından, bir kamyonu doldurmak için en uygun döngü sayısının ne olması gerektiği araştırılmıştır.

EVALUATION OF DIFFERENT EXCAVATOR-TRUCK COMBINATIONS WITH COST ANALYSIS FOR A DEFINITE STRIPPING

Excavator-truck method is the commonly used method in open pits. Economical and technical analysis has been carried out in order to determine the most suitable excavatortruck combination. In these evaluations, all technically possible combinations should be analysed and their cost analysis should have been carried out. In this study, cost calculations of combinations formed with different types of excavator and trucks from different companies have been carried out, and number of cycles required to fill a truck has been investigated from the economical point of view
