Türkiye'de örgütsel bağlılık yazını (2002- 2010): Bir meta analiz çalışması

Bu çalışma, Türkçe Örgütsel Bağlılık yazınının genel profilini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda, örgütsel bağlılığın Türkiyeye özgü bir bağlamda incelenip incelenmediği tespit edilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Bu kapsamda Türkçe yazında örgütsel bağlılığı konu edinen çalışmalar bir metodoloji içerisinde; araştırmanın amacı, araştırma hipotez(ler)i,veri toplanan örneklemler, kullanılan değişkenler, kullanılan ölçekler, güvenilirlik ve geçerlilik katsayıları ve bulguları acısından ayrı ayrı analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular incelendiğinde örgütsel bağlılık kavramının Türkiye bağlamında ölçülmediğini söylemek mümkündür. Bununla birlikte örgütsel bağlılığın ardılları ve ilişkili olduğu değişkenler kapsamında yabancı yazından farklı olarak bir problematizasyona rastlanmamıştır.

Organizational commitment literature in Turkey (2002-2010): A meta analysis

This study aims to state the general profile of the concept organizational commitment in Turkish literature. Accordingly, this study tries to determine if the subject organizational commitment is being analyzed in a context unique to Turkey or not. In this scope; the studies focusing on organizational commitment in Turkish literature has analyzed in a methodology including; the aim, the hypotheses, the samples, the variables, the scales, reliability and validity factors and the findings. The results show that; the organizational commitment concept hasn t been examining in a unique way in Turkish literature. Nevertheless, the results also points that Turkish studies doesn t have a different problematic unlike foreign literature.
