THE MEDIATING ROLE OF KNOWLEDGE SHARING ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TRUST AND INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOUR

The aim of this study is to examine the mediating role of knowledge sharing on the relationship between individual level trust and innovative work behaviour. The research methodology of this study is survey and the data collection tool is structured questionnaire. In the design of questionnaire, Cook and Wall’s (1980) interpersonal trust scale was used for the measurement of trust, Radelli (2014)’s adopted measurements used for knowledge sharing behaviour and innovative work behaviour scale. All scales were measured using a 5-point Likert-type scale. Reliability, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was tested. SEM were tested via Lisrel. In the light of the findings of this study, it is indicated that knowledge sharing has a mediating role on the relationship between trust and innovative work behaviour
