ALGILANAN ÖRGÜTSEL ADALET İLE SANAL KAYTARMA ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN ANALİZİ: HASTANE ÇALIŞANLARI ÖRNEĞİ

Bu çalışmada, dağıtım adaleti, işlemsel adalet ve etkileşim adaleti ile önemsiz ve ciddi sanal kaytarma faaliyetleri arasındaki ilişkilerin analiz edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Konya ilinde faaliyet gösteren iki üniversite hastanesinde çalışanlardan oluşan örneklemden anket yöntemiyle veri toplanmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; dağıtım adaleti, işlemsel adalet ve etkileşim adaleti ile önemsiz sanal kaytarma faaliyetleri arasında negatif yönlü ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde dağıtım adaleti ile ciddi sanal kaytarma faaliyetleri arasında negatif yönlü ilişki olduğu da araştırma bulguları arasında yer almaktadır. Diğer yandan, işlemsel adalet ve etkileşim adaleti ile ciddi sanal kaytarma faaliyetleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı ortaya konmuştur. Regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre; dağıtım adaletinin hem önemsiz, hem de ciddi sanal kaytarma faaliyetlerini negatif yönlü etkilediği saptanmıştır

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE AND CYBERLOAFING: THE CASE OF HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES

The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and serious and minor cyber-loafing. The sample consists of employees working in two university hospitals in Konya. The findings of the research indicated that there was a negative relationship between distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and minor cyberloafing. Likewise, there was a negative relationship between distributive justice and serious cyber-loafing. On the other hand; no significant relationship was found out between procedural justice, interactional justice and serious cyberloafing. According to the results of the regression analysis, distributive justice had a negative effect on both serious and minor cyber-loafing
