ÖRGÜTSEL YURTTAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI: KAVRAMSAL GELİŞİMİ İLE KİŞİSEL VE ÖRGÜTSEL ETKİLERİ

"Örgütsel Yurttaşlık Davranışı ÖYD " üzerine yapılan araştırmalarda son yıllarda büyük bir artış görülmektedir. Bu hızlı artışın sonucu olarak ÖYD'nın kavramsal yapısı üzerinde bazı karışıklıklar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, mevcut ÖYD literatürünü gözden geçirerek bir özetini yapmaktır. Çalışmada öncelikle literatürde tanımlanan ÖYD kavramı ve yapısı açıklanarak ÖYD'nın boyutları özetlenecektir. Daha sonra ÖYD'nın iş tatmini, motivasyon ve örgütlerin etkinliği üzerinde görülen sonuçları açıklanacaktır.

ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR: IT’S CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT AND IMPACTS ON INDIVIDUAL AND ORGANIZATION

In recent years the researches on organizational citizenship behavior OCB increased rapidly. As a result of this growth some conceptual confusion about the OCB concept has been occurred. The purpose of this paper is to summarize and review the extant literature on OCB. The first section of this paper will define the OCB concept and construct that have been identified in the literature and summarize the dimensions of OCB. Next, it will explain the consequences of OCB on job satisfaction, motivation and organizational effectiveness
