In this article, firstly, I would like to answer questions of “What is the text?” and “The quality of textual of The Qur’an”. Secondly, I will explain the relation of “The text of Qur’an” and ‘Verbal Culture”. Because, Qur’an was revealed to Meccan and surroundings. The verbal culture is dominant character in the Mecca and environs. Especially, to learn by heart is the important in the verbal cultures. The Holy Qur’an was learned by heart/ recited by heart than it was written. Finally, I will evaluate, considerations quality of textual of Qur’ân
