Osmanlı Devleti’nde, Batı tesirinin en etkin olduğu sahalardan biri de edebiyattır. Batı tesirinde gelişen bu edebiyata ‘Tanzimat Edebiyatı’ ya da ‘Tanzimat Devri Türk Edebiyatı’ adı verilir. Bu edebiyatın önde gelen simalarından biri de Şinâsî’dir. Nazım, nesir ve tiyatro ... vb. türlerde eserler veren Şinâsî’nin aşağıda bir ‘İlâhî’si incelenmiştir. Şairin, altı beyitten ibaret olan bu şiirinde Allah kavramını onun belli başlı sıfatlarıyla birlikte ele aldığı görülmektedir. Bu inceleme yazısının Şinâsî’nin şiirine bir katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

In the Ottoman State, one of the most active fields of Western effect is also literature. This literature that was developed in the effect of the West, is called ‘Reformation Literature’ or ‘Turkish Literature of Reformation Period’. One of the vanguard figures of this literature is also Shinasi. A Shinasi’s ‘Hyms’ that he produced works in the kinds as verse, prose and theatre ... etc. at the following has been analysed. It is seen that poet was dealt with the concept of God with principal qualities in this poetry that consist of metrical six couplet. It has been thought that this writing of the analysis will get contribution to the poetry of Shinasi.
