Ciddi akciğer hastalıklı olguda segmental torakal epidural anestezi

Orta torakal bölgeye düşük doz lokal anestezik verilerek oluşturulan segmental epidural anestezi, kolesistektomi gibi üst batın operasyonlarında başarıyla uygulanmaktadır. Sunumuzda ciddi akciğer problemi olan akut kolesistitli bir hastada segmental epidural anestezi yaklaşımımız literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.

The thoracic segmental epidural anesthesia in a patient with severe lung disease

The segmental epidural anesthesia which is performed by low dose local anesthetic applied to mid-thoracic region has been conducted successfully in upper abdominal surgery. In our report, we discussed our experience of segmental epidural anesthesia for a patient who had acute cholecystitis and severe lung disease in the context of the literature.
