MEDİKAL SORUNLU BİREYLERDE ORTODONTİK YAKLAŞIMLAR

Baþarýlý bir tedavi; fiziksel, estetik ve emosyonel olarak iyileþtirmeyi kapsamaktadýr. Sistemikhastalýðý olan bireyler, saðlýklý bireylere oranla bazýtedavi yaklaþýmlarýnda daha fazla risk ve komplikasyonlara maruz kalabilirler. Bu zorluklarýn teþhis vetedavi planlamasýnda etkisi olacaðý bir gerçektir. Diþhekimleri aðýz içi ve diþlere yönelik þikayetleri derlerken, mevcut tüm sistemik rahatsýzlýklarý, bunlarýnözelliklerini de irdelemeli ve bu doðrultuda tedaviplanlamasýný oluþturmalýdýr. Ortodontik tedavilersýrasýnda da bireylerin sistemik durumlarý ve psikolojiksaðlýklarý dikkat edilmesi gereken unsurlardýr.Bu derlemede; sýklýkla karþýlaþýlabilen sistemikhastalýklarýn tanýmlarý, klinik belirtileri, aðýz içi bulgularý, tedavileri ve ortodontik tedavilerde göz önünealýnmasý gereken unsurlar özetlenmiþtir
