KİMYASAL YAPILARINA GÖRE TAM SERAMİK RESTORASYONLAR

Hastaların estetik restoratif materyallere olan talebinin ve estetik bilincinin artması ve metal destekli seramik sistemlerin özellikle biyouyumluluk ve optik özelliklerinin kalitesi konusundaki endişeler tam seramik kuronların geliştirilmesini sağlamıştır. Lityum disilikat, aluminyum oksit ve zirkonyum oksit gibi tam seramik alt yapı materyallerindeki gelişmeler tam seramik restorasyonların uygulama alanlarını genişletmiştir. Kimyasal yapılarına göre üç ana grupta sınıflandırılan ve üretici firmaların talimatlarına göre farklı uygulama teknikleri olan tam seramik sistemlerin kullanımlarının yaygınlaşması, sistemlerin özelliklerini, güvenirliğini ve birbirlerine olan üstünlüklerini karşılaştıran çalışmalara olan ihtiyacı da arttırmaktadır. Bu derlemede tam seramik restorasyonların kimyasal yapılarına göre sınıflandırılması, sistemlerin özellikleri ve gelişimleri detaylı olarak anlatılmaktadır
