Bu çal man n amac , farkl asidik özelli4e sahip olan kendinden pürüzlendiren iki ba4lay c n n [Adper Prompt-L-Pop (PLP), Clearfil SE Bond (SE)] uygulama fakl l klar n n [mine-etch (ME) ve total-etch (TE)] mikros z nt üzerine etkisini de4erlendirmek ve elektron mikroskop (SEM) alt nda rezin-di sert dokusu ara yüzey morfolojisini inceleyerek, mikros z nt ile ili kisini ortaya koymakt r. 60 adet çekilmi insan süt az di inde s n f Iokluzal kavite preparasyonu (4x3x2 mm3) olu turulmu tur. Di ler her birinde 10 örnek olacak ekilde rastgele 6 gruba ayr lm t r. Tüm kaviteler bir ak ckompozit rezin [Tetric Flow (TF)] kullan larak restore edilmi tir. G1: PLP+TF; G2: ME+PLP+TF; G3: TE+PLP+TF; G4: SE+TF; G5:ME+SE+TF; G6: TE+SE+TF. Tüm di lere 250 kez termal siklus uygulanm t r. Mikros z nt testi için, tüm örnekler 24 saat boya solüsyonunda bekletilmi ve daha sonra bir elmas disk kullan larak kesit al nm t r. Mikros z nt kavitelerin hem mesial hem de distal k sm nda steromikroskop alt nda 60X büyütmede de4erlendirilmi tir. Ayr ca, her bir gruptan rastgele 6 örnek seçilmi ve rezin-di sert dokusu ara yüzeyi SEM alt nda incelenmi tir. Tüm veriler istatistiksel olarak analiz edilmi tir.
