GÜNEYDOĞUANADOLU KIRSALINDA YAŞAYAN ÇOCUKLARDA DEĞİŞİK KORUYUCU UYGULAMALARIN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: 24 AYLIK SAHA ÇALIŞMASI SONUÇLARI

Son y&llarda, de/i ik ülkelerde izlenen yayg&nçürük azal&m&na ra/men, Türkiye gibi geli mekte olan ço/u ülkelerde di çürü/ü hala önemli bir sa/l&ksorunu olarak devam etmektedir. Çok de/i kenli bir hastal&k olmas&na ra/men, çürü/ün kontrol alt&na al&nmas&ndaki temel sorunlarda birisi de koruyucutedavi edici uygulamalar&n, toplumun de/i ik seviyelerine ula t&r&lmas&ndaki güçlü/üdür. Bu çal& mada; di hekimli/i hizmetinin s&n&rl&/& oldu/u Güneydo/uAnadolu k&rsal&ndaki çocuklarda de/i ik koruyucu uygulamalar incelenmi tir. Diyarbak&r kentine 55 kilometre uzakl&ktaki E/il ilçesi yat&l& bölge okulu çal& ma alan& olarak seçildi. Ya lar& 9-17 aras&nda de/i en toplam 120 çocuk 3 gruba ayr&ld&. Bunlar; grup 1: cam-ionomer fissür örtücü gurup, grup 2: kontrol grubu ve grup 3: flor jel grup. Tüm koruyucu uygulamalar okul ortam&nda ve bir grup di hekimi ve di hekimli/i ö/rencisi taraf&ndan gerçekle tirildi. ki hekim taraf&ndan gerçekle tirilen ilk muayenenin sonras&nda çocuklar ikinci y&l&n sonunda tekrar muayene edildi.
