Bu çalışmanın amacı, vizyoner liderlik davranışlarının çalışanların örgütsel bağlılık ve adalet algılarına etkisinin tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla Erzurum ili bankacılık sektöründe çalışanlar üzerinde bir alan araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Farklı banka şubelerinde çalışan toplam 171 kişiye uygulanan anketlerden elde edilen veriler, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi yöntemleriyle incelenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, vizyoner liderlik davranışları ile örgütsel bağlılık ve adalet arasında pozitif ve anlamlı yönde bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Bunun yanında adalet algısının örgütsel bağlılığı pozitif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Bu bulgular örgütsel bağlılık ve adalet algısında vizyoner liderlik davranışlarının önemini ortaya koymaktadır.  Anahtar Kelimler: Vizyoner Lider, Örgütsel Adalet ve Örgütsel BağlılıkAbstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of visionary leadership behaviors on employees’ organizational commitment and justice perception. Fort his purpose , a field study with banking sector employers in Erzurum was conducted. Data gathered by conducting a survey from 171 employees working in different banks were analyzed by using correlational and regressional analysis methods. According to the analysis findings, there is a positive and meaningful relationhip between visionary leadership, organizational commitment and justice perception.
