It is important for the clinician to accurately identify the normal anatomical structures, anatomic variants and hence forthe an accurate diagnosis of the pathological state can be achieved upon. This article enlists and explains the possible radiopaque structures senn in neck region which can be missed out and which can be a potentially dangerous condition on a later date if left unnoticed
