G 7 ÜLKELERİNDEN SEÇİLEN ÜYELERİN MAKRO EKONOMİK KRİTERLERE GÖRE FLOWSORT VE ELECTRE TRI YÖNTEMİ İLE SINIFLANDIRILMASI

Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemleri karar vermede genellikle çelişen kriterlere dayanarak alternatifleri seçen, sıralayan ve sınıflandıran yöntemlerdir. Bu çalışmada, PROMETHEE ve ELECTRE yöntemlerinin sıralama ve seçme yaklaşımları değil, sınıflandırma usulleri incelenmiş ve seçilen G7 ülkelerinin makro ekonomik kriterlere dayanarak sınıflandırmaları yapılmıştır. Flowsort yöntemi PROMETHEE (The Preference Ranking Organization METHod for Enrichment Evaluation) yöntemi üzerine bina edilmiş bir sınıflandırma yöntemi olup diğer sınıflandırma yöntemlerine nazaran daha yeni bir yöntemdir. Flowsort yöntemi, alternatifler ile sınıfların sınır değerlerinin ikili karşılaştırılmak suretiyle alternatifleri önceden belirlenmiş sınıflara atanması yöntemidir. Flowsort yöntemine ilave olarak bu çalışmada ELECTRE TRI (ELimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalite-Elimination) yöntemi ile de yapılan sınıflandırma irdelenmiş ve bahse konu matematiksel yaklaşımlar incelenmiştir.

Multi Criteria Decision Making MCDM methods have been used in decision making usually with conflicting criteria in outranking choosing and sorting In this study PROMETHEE and ELECTRE MCDM methods’ sorting processes are examined instead of outranking and choosing processes Selected G7 members are sorted with this sorting methods Flowsort method is more recent sorting method which is based on PROMETHEE The Preference Ranking Organization METHod for Enrichment Evaluation outranking method In Flowsort method alternatives are sorted by comparing to the reference profiles of pre defined categories In this study in addition to Flowsort method ELECTRE TRI ELimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalite Elimination method also examine this sorting and both mathematical approaches are analyzed Key Words: Multi Criteria Decision Making Flowsort and ELECTRE TRI
