Bu çalışmada, uygulama alanına giren üniversitede çalışan kadın akademisyenlerdeki çalışma stresi ve iş performansı ile psikolojik şiddet uygulamaları arasındaki ilişkiler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularında, kadın akademisyenlerin genel olarak iş stresi ve iş performanslarının psikolojik yıldırma ile aralarında anlamlı bir ilişkinin bulunduğu saptanmıştır.

The subject of this study was to determine if there is a meaningful correlation between the job stress, performance and psychological violence of the women academics working in universities. According to the findings of the study it was determined that in general there is a meaningful correlation between the job stress, performance and pyscological mobbing of these women academics.
