Hiperkalsemi ile prezente olan konjenital mezoblastik nefroma olgusu

Konjenital mezoblastik nefroma (KMN), yenidoğan döneminde görülen renal stromal bir neoplazmdır. Tüm pediatrik böbrek tümörlerinin %3-10'unu oluşturur. Olguların ortalama tanı zamanı iki aydır ve %90'ından fazlası ilk bir yıl içinde tanı almaktadır. Konjenital mezoblastik nefroma olguları radikal cerrahi ile tedavi edildiğinde prognozu iyi olan bir hastalık grubudur. Burada hiperkalseminin eşlik ettiği bir konjenital mezoblastik nefroma hastası sunulmuştur. Olgumuz 9 aylıkken kusma ve kilo kaybı şikayetleri ile dış merkezde değerlendirilmiş ve patolojik bulguları nedeniyle bize yönlendirilmiştir. Olgumuzda diğer mezoblastik nefroma olgularının çoğunda olduğu gibi cerrahi sonrası tam tedavi sağlanmıştır.

A case of congenital mesoblastic nephroma presenting with hypercalcemia

Congenital mesoblastic nephroma (CMN), is a renal stromal neoplasm of newborn. It comprises 3-10% of all pediatric renal tumors. The mean diagnosis time of the cases is two months, and more than 90% of them are diagnosed within the first year. Congenital mesoblastic nephroma cases are a disease group with a good prognosis when treated with radical surgery. Here, a patient with congenital mesoblastic nephroma accompanied by hypercalcemia was presented. Our case was evaluated in an external center at the age of 9 months with complaints of vomiting and weight loss and was referred to us due to pathological findings. In our case, as in most other mesoblastic nephroma cases, complete treatment was provided after surgery.
