On the Sheaf of the Fundamental Groups

In a recent paper [1 ] we have constructed the sheaf of the fundamental groups of a topological space and gave some characterizations. In this paper, we first give some characteri- zations which are the converses of the characterizations in paper [1 ]. Finally, we obtain some results.
