A statistical study of pulsating stars.Fifth paper: The variables stars in M 53 and N.G.C. 3201

The variable stars in M 53 and the majority of the variab- les in N. G. C. 3201 are analysed. The results are given in the tables 1 and 2. The distribution of the variables in the correlation plane betvveen log P and A(2) appears in the figures 1 and 2.
