Healthy Nutrition and Improving the Habit of Healthy Nutrition in Early Two Years

Healthy nutrition is an important issue in each stage of life, even during the intrauterine life, until twenties when various organs still go on developing. Healthy nutrition during early childhood has important effects on health in both short -and long- terms. It is possible to gain a habit of healthy nutrition by establishing a rapport between the baby and the parents in which verbal and non-verbal signals are exchanged and interpreted. Nutrition skills develop together with the child’s motor, emotional and social maturation which differ from child to child. İf any stage of all these processes is disrupted, thenj the issue of poor appetite can emerge
