Bu çalışma, bireysel ve takım sporları yapan sporcuların "Takım Birlikteliği" düzeylerinin karşılaştırılmasını içermektedir. Araştırmada, Widmeyer ve ark. (9), tarafından geliştirilen, Morali (8) tarafından güvenirlik çalışması yapılarak (n=265, Güvenirlik Katsayısı = 0.7873, Standart Alfa = 0.7907) güvenirliği saptanan "Takım Sporlarında Takım Birlikteliği" envanteri (The Measurement of Cohesion in Sport Teams; The Group Environment Questionnaire) kullanıldı. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu, 31 Okçu, 67 Hentbolcu ve 67 futbolcu olmak üzere toplam 165 sporcu oluşturdu. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler EÜ BAUM de değerlendirildi. Araştırma sonucunda; Envanterin "Bireysel Çekicilik Grup-Görev" boyutunun farklı spor takımlarına göre karşılaştırılmasında takımlar arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılaşma saptandı (f=2.36, p<0.05).

This study includes the comparison of the team-cohesion levels of the athletes joining individual sports and those joining teams sports. In the study, the Measurement of Cohesion in Sport Teams the Group Environment Questionnaire developed by Widmeyer et al. (9) has been used. The reliability of the questionnaire has been checked by Morah (8). The sample group consisted of 31 archers, 67 handballers, and 67 footballers, total 165 athletes. The data gathered has been evaluated in Ege Üniversitesi. It has been concluded that there is a considerable statistical difference among different teams. In the comparison of "Individual Attraction Group-Task" aspect of the questionnaire (f=2.36, p<0.05).
