Okul Liderliği ve Personel Güçlendirme İlişkisi

Okul liderliği kavramı eğitim ve öğretim alanında yönetim ve idare konularında dönüştürücü liderlik, otantik liderlik, hizmetkar liderlik, dağıtımsal liderlik ve paylaşılan liderlik gibi birçok etkili liderlik davranışını barındıran bir liderlik tipini tanımlamaktadır. Okul liderlerinin yukarıda bahsedilen farklı tip liderlik modellerinin davranışlarını kullanırken öğretmenleri güçlendirmesi okulun ve personelin amaçlarına ulaşmasına katkıda bulunabilir. Literatüre bakıldığında liderlerin personeli güçlendirme misyonlarının olduğu birçok araştırmada vurgulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada okul liderlerinin okul personelini güçlendirme mekanizmaları literatür taramasına dayalı olarak sunulacaktır. Çalışma literatür taramasına dayalı bir çalışma olmasına rağmen kuramsal arka plan olan Blau’unun sosyal değişim kuramı, Graen ve Uhl-Bien’in lider üye etkileşim kuramı, Crocker ve Knight’in öz değer kuramı çerçevesinde farklı yorumlar geliştirmektedir. Çalışma günümüz eğitim ve öğretim çevresinde okul liderleri için öneri ve teklifler de sunacaktır.
