Alaşehir Manisa yöresindeki aktarlarda satılan tıbbi bitkiler ve kullanım özellikleri

Bu çalışmada, Alaşehir ve çevresinde bulunan aktarların, yöre halkına satmış olduğu tıbbi bitkiler tespit edilmiş ve bu bitkilerin insanlar tarafından hangi hastalıklarda kullanıldığı ve kullanım yöntemleri ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma süresince, Alaşehir Manisa ve çevresinde tıbbi bitkiler satan 4 aktar dükkanı tespit edilmiştir. Daha sonra bu aktarlardan, çoğunlukla öğütülmüş yada kurutulmuş olarak satılan tıbbi bitkilerden örnekler alınmış ve Türkiye florası başta olmak üzere çeşitli farmakognozi eserlerinden faydalanılarak teşhişleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda yörede tıbbi amaçlarla kullanımı yaygın olan 29 familyaya ait 52 takson belirlenmiştir. Bu bitkilerin familyaları alfabetik sıraya göre dizilerek, bilimsel ve yöresel isimleri, kulllanılan kısımları, kullanım yöntemleri ve kullanım amaçları tablo halinde gösterilmiştir. En fazla kullanımı olan türlerin bulunduğu familyaların Lamiaceae % 21 olduğu onu Fabaceae % 6 ve Zingiberidaceae % 6 ’ nin izlediği görülmüştür. Aktarlarda satışı en fazla olan türler ise Bilyalı Kekik Origanum onites L. , Civanperçemi Achillea millefolium L. ve Keten Linum usitatissimum L. olarak tespit edilmiştir. Tıbbi bitkilerin aktarlar tarafından yöre halkına daha çok mide-bağırsak, soğuk algınlığı, gribal enfeksiyonlar, romatizma, bronşit ve zayıflama gibi rahatsızlıklar için satıldığı belirlenmiş ve bu bitkilerin daha çok infüzyon, dekoksiyon ve toz gibi yöntemlerle kullanıldığı görülmüştür

The handling characteristics of the medicinal plants which sold in herbalists in Alaşehir Manisa region

In this study, the medicinal plants which sold by the herbalist shops in Alaşehir and around, have been identified, and type of diseases and methods to be use of these plants by the local people, have been detected. During the study, in Alaşehir Manisa and around, 4 herbalist shops that sells medicinal plants have been observed. Then, from those herbalist shops, the samples were bought from the medicinal plants mostly sold as dried or crushed, and their diagnoses have been done especially using with the Flora of Turkey and a variety of works of pharmacognosy. As a result of the research in the region, for medicinal purposes, widely using 52 taxa belonging to 29 families were determined. With sequencing in an alphabetical order of the families, these plants are listed in a table according to their scientific and local names, used parts, methods of use and purposes of use. Mostly used species were observed as they belong the families of Lamiaceae 21% , Fabaceae 6% , and Zingiberaceae 6% respectively. The species mostly sold in the herbalist shops were distinguished as “Bilyalı kekik” Origanum onites L. , “Civanperçemi” Achillea millefolium L. and “Keten” Linum usitatissimum L. .
