Vicia L. Cinsine Ait Bazı Taksonların Karyolojik Yönden Araştırılması

Vicia L. cinsine (Fabaceae) ait bazı taksonların (V. cappadocica Boiss., & Balansa, V. cracca L. subsp. cracca, V. cracca L. subsp. stenophylla Vel., V. cuspidata Boiss., V. ervilia (L.) Wılld., V. hybrida L., V. michauxii Sprengel. var. stenophylla Boiss., V. narbonensis L. var. serratifolia (Jacq.) Ser., V. noeana Boiss.& Reut. ex Boiss. var. megalodonta Rech. Fıl., V. noeana Boiss.& Reut. ex Boiss. var. noeana, V. sativa L. subsp. sativa, V. sericocarpa Fenzl var. sericocarpa) kromozom sayısı ve morfolojisi karyolojik teknikler kullanılarak araştırıldı. Bitki örnekleri 2010 ve 2011 yıllarında doğal habitatlarından toplandı. Çalışılan bu türlerin temel kromozom sayıları x=6, 7 ve diploid kromozom sayıları da V. cappadocica, V. cracca subsp. stenophylla, V. ervilia, V. michauxii var. stenophylla, V. narbonensis var. serratifolia 2n=14, V. cuspidata, V. hybrida, V. noeana var. megalodonta, V. noeana var. noeana, V. sativa subsp. sativa, V. sericocarpa var. sericocarpa 2n=12 olarak bulundu. Türlere ait kromozomların noktalı median (M), median (m), submedian (sm), subterminal (st) ve terminal noktalı (T) sentromerli olduğu gözlendi.

The chromosome number and morphology on some taxonsof the genus Vicia L. (Fabaceae) (V. cappadocica Boiss., & Balansa, V. cracca L. subsp. cracca, V. cracca L. subsp. stenophylla Vel., V. cuspidata Boiss., V. ervilia (L.) Wılld., V. hybrida L., V. michauxii Sprengel. var. stenophylla Boiss., V. narbonensis L. var. serratifolia (Jacq.) Ser., V. noeana Boiss.& Reut. ex Boiss. var. megalodonta Rech. Fıl., V. noeana Boiss.& Reut. ex Boiss. var. noeana, V. sativa L. subsp. sativa, V. sericocarpa Fenzl var. sericocarpa) were investigated using karyological techniques. The specimens were collected from natural habitats in the years 2010 and 2011. The basic chromosome number is: x= 6, 7 and diploid chromosome numbers were found to be V. cappadocica,V. cracca L. subsp. cracca, V. cracca subsp. stenophylla, V. ervilia, V. michauxii var. stenophylla, V. narbonensis var. serratifolia 2n=14, V. cuspidata, V. hybrida, V. noeana var. megalodonta, V. noeana var. noeana, V. sativa subsp. sativa, V. sericocarpa var. sericocarpa 2n=12 in the examined taxons. Chromosomes had median point (M), median region (m), submedian (sm), subterminal (st) and terminal point (T) centromers
