Bir Öğrenme Yönetim Sisteminin Öğretim Elemanları Tarafından Değerlendirilmesi: Gazi Üniversitesi Örneği

Öz Öğrenme yönetim sistemi (ÖYS), web üzerinden içerik sunumu, değerlendirme, raporlama, performans takibi ve akademik danışmanlık gibi her türlü e-öğrenme etkinliğinin yürütüldüğü yazılımlara verilen genel isimdir. ÖYS’yi kullanan öğretim elemanlarının ÖYS’nin kullanımı ile ilgili memnuniyet düzeyleri ve sisteme karşı olumlu tutum sergilemeleri, ÖYS’lerin verimli bir şekilde kullanımı, dolayısıyla da uzaktan eğitim programlarının başarısı üzerinde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretim elemanlarının Gazi Üniversitesi uzaktan eğitim programlarında kullanılan ÖYS’yi ne kadar ve hangi memnuniyet düzeyinde kullandıklarını belirlemektir. Araştırmanın bulgularına altı bölümden oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak toplanan verilerin betimsel ve içerik analizi yapılarak ulaşılmıştır. Bu bulgular doğrultusunda ÖYS’deki bölümlerin kullanım sıklığını ve kullanıcı memnuniyetini arttırmaya yönelik somut önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
