YARA İYİLEŞMESİNDE BAĞ DOKUSUNUN YERİ VE NÖRALTERAPİ YAKLAŞIMI

Doku yaralanması, kompleks ve dinamik bir süreç olan iyileşme olayını başlatır. Yaralar, bu bölgede depolanan bağ dokusu matriksinde yer alan yeni hücrelerin oluşturduğu skar dokusu ile iyileşir. Yara iyileşmesi iç içe geçmiş 3 fazlı bir süreçtir. Bu süreçler içerisinde bağ dokusunun üstlendiği kompleks ve koordineli bir dizi olay sonucu kemotaksis, fagositoz ve neokollajenez oluşur. Ayrıca, yara iyileşmesi için hayati önem arzeden anjiogenez, epitelizasyon ve glukozaminoglikan/proteoglikan üretimi de gerçekleşir. Nöralterapi, bu iyileşme sürecini stimüle eden kolay ve etkin bir enjeksiyon tedavisi yöntemidir.

PLACE OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE AND NEURAL THERAPY APPROACH AT WOUND HEALING

The damage of the tissue initiates the complex and dynamic repairing process. Wounds are heal with scarring where a new cell population exists in a newly deposited connective tissue matrix. Wound healing process can be divided into 3 interlocked phases. Within these phases, connective tissue carries on a complex and coordinated series of events that includes chemotaxis, phagocytosis and neocollagenesis. In addition, angiogenesis, epithelization, and the production of glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans which are vital for wound healing. Neural therapy is a simple and effective injection treatment that stimulates this healing
