SAKROİLİAK DİSFONKSİYONUN MANUELTERAPİ ve NÖRALTERAPİ KOMBİNASYONU İLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Bu yazının amacı tamamlayıcı terapiler açısından bakıldığında, mandibulo kranial hastalık tablosu ve sakroiliak eklem (SİE) disfonksiyonunun, kraniokaudal ve dorsoventral blok mekanizmalarıyla oluştuğunu vurgulamaktır. Yapılan muayenede, Greenman’a göre spine test veya sabit tutma fenomeni ile ileumun posteriorda ve dorsoventralda sabitleştiği tespit edilir. Eğer bu muayene bulguları sonucunda adalelerde disfonksiyon ve disregülasyonlar gözlenmişse triger noktaları, segment noktaları ve bu bölgede yer alan akupunktur noktalarını uyarmak gerekir. Yıllardır yaptığımız hekimlik deneyimlerimize dayanarak bu durumun bir blokaj sonucunda ortaya çıktığı üzerinde durmaktayız

NEURALTHERAPY AND MANUELTHERAPY COMBINATION AT SACROILIAC DISFUNCTION

What described here is a complementer therapy of the mandibulocranial syn drome and ISG (sacroiliac joint) dysfunctions with the blocking mechanisms craniocaudal (spine test or holding phenomenon, posterior ilium tilt acc. to Greenman) and dorsoventral (anterior ilium tilt acc. to Greenman). In case of entheso pathies aedysregulations of musculaturex, the myofascial trigger points with reference zones corresponding to the active acupuncture points are neuraltherapy punctured. For years now, we have extrapolated from this to the blocking mechanism (transabdominal and gluteal point diagnosis)
